Design Thinking Workshop

Design Thinking is a much-noticed mindset and a set of user-centered innovation methods. The "inventive thinking" applies a designer's approach to challenges from other fields.

Design Thinking follows a structured innovation process

Firstly, Design Thinking focuses on problem understanding. Rather than selecting a solution at an early stage, the outcome will be open. You will involve potential customers and identify unmet needs. Only after you have uncovered the true problem you will start to develop solutions. Make the best ideas tangible with the help of rapid prototypes. Test your prototypes with users and develop them further based on user feedback.

The structured approach of Design Thinking in interdisciplinary groups is well-suited to develop new products or services, marketing concepts, or business models. Design Thinking can contribute to a more innovative working culture.

Experience Design Thinking Hands-on

A Design Thinking Workshop typically starts with an introduction and case studies. The participants actively run through all phases of the Design Thinking process within a short timeframe. Subsequently, they work on one or more challenges supported by coaches.

Whether you would like to invest half a day, two days, or a full week, we will coordinate the exact sequence of the workshop in a preliminary discussion.
